This sleeveless luxurious burgundy silk velvet vintage dress is from the 1930's and it has a built in tie that ties at the waist. This beautiful dress snaps on the side but is open from 33" from the hemline. There is a snap that keeps the bodice closed that could be removed to make the plunge lower if desired. The dress is approximately a modern day US size 16/18. We always love finding lovely vintage pieces in larger sizes.

Good condition; there are a few small rubs to the velvet, a small worn spot, and there are small 1/2 inch worn spots at the each of the arm holes - one has been repaired as shown in photo.
