This item is in brand new condition and has never been used. However it is part of the design prototype, which means it has certain aspects that are slightly different from the current design including the bust seams, the strap length that may be shorter or the back drape that is wider. All of which can be fixed by an experienced alterationist at the customer's expense. To assist with the alteration, each dress is sent with extra straps.
